Spartia is a peaceful little village that feels a world away from the busier resorts of Kefalonia. Life here moves at its own gentle pace. Locals greet you like old friends, tavernas serve generous plates of Kefalonian comfort food, and the sea is never more than a short stroll away. Just beyond the village, the Liakas Peninsula stretches boldly into the Ionian Sea—a quiet retreat of raw, natural beauty. This untamed finger of land is scattered with hidden coves, rocky headlands, and sweeping coastal views. Villas are tucked discreetly along the slopes, offering rare seclusion and uninterrupted vistas across the water to Zante. Below the village, Spartia Beach curves softly along the coast, its golden sand gently kissed by shallow, turquoise water. It's perfect for a lazy swim, a paddle with little ones, or simply sitting back and watching the fishing boats drift by.
