Die Deluxe Villa liegt am südlichen Rand des Kerami-Anwesens mit Blick auf Meer und Berge, ganz in der Nähe des Kinderspielplatzes. Auf 100 m² stilvoller Wohnfläche stehen ein Kingsize- und ein Queensize-Bett zur Verfügung.

Die Villa erstreckt sich über zwei Ebenen und bietet ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa, einen eleganten Essbereich sowie eine vollständig ausgestattete Küche. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich außerdem ein Gäste-WC.
