The villa’s layout is thoughtfully designed over two floors. The ground floor boasts a spacious, open-plan living area that combines a modern kitchen and dining space, with large patio doors that lead to a terrace. This floor also includes a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, ensuring convenience and privacy. On the upper floor, there are two additional double bedrooms, each featuring a private bathroom and balcony. These balconies offer stunning views of the sea and the surrounding countryside. Klismata's beach, also known as Paliolinos, is 1.5 km from the village, reachable by a narrow and steep asphalt road. The beach itself is small, featuring a narrow strip of soft sand with some rocks in the sea. It seamlessly connects with Avithos Beach to the north, offering a picturesque, secluded spot for relaxation.
