Villa Helios Evreti liegt eingebettet in den Hang gleich außerhalb des hübschen Weilers Evreti im Nordosten Kefalonias, südlich von Fiskardo. Die grüne Hügellandschaft fällt zum Meereskanal zwischen Kefalonia und dem benachbarten Ithaka ab, mit einem perfekten Blick auf die kleine Insel Panayia.
