Villa Helios Evreti ligt tegen de heuvel net buiten het pittoreske gehucht Evreti in het noordoosten van Kefalonia, ten zuiden van Fiskardo. De groene helling loopt af naar de zeestraat tussen Kefalonia en het naburige Ithaka, met prachtig uitzicht op het eilandje Panayia.

De traditionele Kefalonische architectuur aan de buitenkant gaat samen met comfortabele, elegante interieurs. De woon- en eetkamer op de begane grond grenst aan het zwembadterras en biedt een fraai uitzicht; de keuken ligt enkele treden hoger. Met de stenen barbecue kun je buiten koken en eten.

Villa Helios Evreti ligt naast Villa Astria. Beide villa’s kunnen samen worden gehuurd voor een grotere groep van maximaal 17 gasten.
