La Villa Helios Evreti est nichée à flanc de colline juste à l’extérieur du joli hameau d’Evreti, au nord-est de Céphalonie et au sud de Fiskardo. La pente verdoyante descend vers le bras de mer séparant Céphalonie d’Ithaque, avec une vue exceptionnelle sur le petit îlot de Panayia.
L’architecture traditionnelle céphalonienne à l’extérieur s’associe à des intérieurs élégants et confortables. Le salon-salle à manger du rez-de-chaussée s’ouvre sur la terrasse de la piscine et le paysage; la cuisine se trouve quelques marches plus haut. Un barbecue maçonné permet de cuisiner et de manger en plein air.
La Villa Helios Evreti est voisine de la Villa Astria. Les deux villas peuvent être louées ensemble pour un groupe de 17 personnes au maximum.
